Willow pass road. We know the victim is a woman, and the driver drove off. Thats because police say the woman was killed walking on the sidewalk when the pickup drove toward her. Investigators say it appears she was either thrown or dragged on to the streets itd be a very disturbing event, very violent collision, absolutely.
