Solano board hears how alcohol sold online during Covid finds way into hands of youth

Solano board hears how alcohol sold online during Covid finds way into hands of youth FAIRFIELD It is not particularly surprising that retail and online alcohol sales have increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. After all, bars, breweries, distilleries, wineries and restaurants have been closed to the public for much of that time.
