I get up and get my tray, and i hear somebody say something to me when we re in line, but i didn t really pay attention. i was half asleep. and i walked back to my place, and i m sitting there, and this guy he says, either you re gonna give me some of your food or you got to get up. and i said, hey, if you touch my food, we re gonna have a problem. and he proceeded to touch my food. thompson rises from his seat. seconds later, the other inmate, keith reeves, appears to put a hand in his face, and thompson strikes back. i punched him in the mouth like four times, a then he tried to take other tray and pour it over top of my head. and then i got him in a headlock, and i just choked him out. other inmates step in to break up the fight when an off-camera officer arrives and threatens to use pepper spray. after initial interviews with both inmates, staff identified reeves as the aggressor and temporarily assigned him to a single-person segregation cell. damn. they allowed th
