culture war lords, my journey into the dark web of white supremacy. talia, you wrote a piece recently on the worrying similarities between the integration protests that were going on during my childhood in the 50s and 60s and the behavior we re seeing in the school board meetings now. you called this, quote, the biggest threat the public education system has faced since the 1950s. and warned of a resurgence of the kind of segregation segregation academies of that time. is this same white supremacy operating under a new name? how have tactics evolved? so, i would say, just to answer your first question, absolutely yes. i think this is a resurgence of the similar a similar sentiment that we saw in what was called the massive resistance movement.
