JOHANNESBURG - State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo said her failed attempt to postpone the evidence of director general of intelligence Loyiso Jafta at the State Capture Commission was not malicious.
Dlodlo issued a statement on Wednesday afternoon, explaining that she merely wanted a briefing beforehand, based on her constitutional obligation to oversee intelligence.

JOHANNESBURG - Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has dismissed an application to postpone the testimony of the State Security Agency’s Acting DG Loyiso Jafta.
State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo had applied for the postponement due to concerns about national security .

JOHANNESBURG - Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has dismissed an application by State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo to adjourn and postpone the evidence of acting Director-General Loyiso Jafta.
Jafta is already on the stand and set to commence his testimony.

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has dismissed State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo s attempt to stop Loyiso Jafta s testimony.
State Security Minister Ayanda Dlodlo wants the Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture to postpone the evidence of acting Director-General Loyiso Jafta citing that she only received Jafta s affidavit only last night.
Her request comes after the former chairperson of a high-level review panel into the State Security Agency Dr Sydney Mufamadi accused then-president Jacob Zuma of violating the principle of the separation of powers by seizing the power of the legislature with a proclamation on intelligence.
