He gets out of the car and crosses the street but trails. She appears to try to get away from the street but struggles. At one point she falls to the ground to resist the man but he quickly grabbed her and threw her to the car. This nearby witness heard those cries for help and rushed towards the motion, but there was nothing he could do. He forced her into the car and threw her in the backseat.
