A Burlington County man is facing charges after allegedly offering to buy alcohol in exchange for sexual favors from a young woman. 28-year-old Sayal Sawaged of Mt. Holly was arrested and charged with second-degree luring, enticing child by various means; third-degree endangering the welfare of children; and simple assault. He is being held in the Cape May County Correctional Facility pending court proceedings.
