The Jockey Club was last week granted a High Court injunction against Animal Rising, an offshoot of Extinction Rebellion, after it emerged the group was planning to disrupt the event on Saturday.
The Extinction Rebellion offshoot s activity at Aintree - where members attempted to get onto the track and glue themselves to fences - led to 118 arrests and delayed the race by 14 minutes.
