While the drought isnt over, conditions are getting better. On the left is the Drought Monitor map from late september when about 20 of the state had extreme Drought Conditions. Now, on the right, that area is down to 5 of the state. Wmurs Siobhan Lopez is live with why were still being asked to conserve water.
