(KFVS) - Multiple first responders reported to the Morley Sewage Lagoon on Wednesday morning, February 24 after receiving a call that a body had been discovered in the water. According to Scott County Sheriff Chief Deputy Ron Meridith, a man, reported missing on Tuesday, was walking his dog and fell into the lagoon.
