Former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, on Tuesday urged the present government of President Bola Tinubu to make laws that would help to check organ harvesting and trafficking in the country. The former president made this demand in a statement issued by his media aide, Kehinde Akinyemi which also demanded legislative support in terms of a new bill to support people with kidney disease.
KUALA LUMPUR: The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has allocated RM12 million to provide free training for 10,000 workers.
KUALA LUMPUR: With mental health issues expected to continue to plague workplaces, 10,000 workers will be trained under the government’s new Occupational Mental Health First Aid (OMHFA) programme to equip themselves with the knowledge and skills to help counter the problem.
