Five people have dieiein an earlymornrng apartment fire. Among the e ctims are a mother and three children. And another person, a man from a different apartment, who died later at the hospital. The womans husband and two other children were able to escape the burning building. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A swerving driver hits a couple on a motorcycle on a rural north texas road, and the whole thing caught on camera. Were watching a Court Hearing for the man who opened fire inside a planned parenthood clinic. Well show you video of 57yearold Robert Lewis Dear. Thats him in court today. Police say they are sealing all of the warrants in this case against dear. Hes accused of shooting several people inside the Colorado Springs clinic last friday. Three of them died. A Law Enforcement official says dear screamed no more body parts. Police refused to speculate on a motive. We learned the names of two victims, Kearre Stewart an iraq war veteran. He ran back into the building to warn others after he was shot and 24yearold melanie markovsky, military spouse.
