Fred haren from Bensalem Police department, we got an email from buck county prison to look for an individual wlanted for escape. Matthew miller out of ben salem, 23 years of able, he walked away from work release from the prison. He was spotted near route 13, and another officer went to make a pedestrian stop on the suspect, at the time, the individual seemed to be complying and the officer when to put handcuffs be the individual lunged up with a knife and stabbed the officer in his stomach, the bruntd of stab was taken to the vest. The subject then gave chase and ran from the officer and jumped into his police car and took off. The car was located from the Philadelphia Police department and bensalem officers and Pennsylvania State police on fair hill road in philadelphia.
