This afternoon because of two days of pockets of steady rain creating run off on to roads. This covers all of south jersey and delaware, Delaware County and Philadelphia County and southeastern pennsylvania. These are the areas that have gotten the most rain. Do not drive or walk through flooded areas. We have a Flood Warning that popped up along the Christina River in noose cal the county delaware.
