The teens started to throw rocks at people, cars and homes and a man came out to confront them and got heckled and even slapped in the back. They have attacked the elderly and children and this is a huge problem forever the neighborhood. This is going on for a year. Joe tells us the teens are coming in all summer and claimed the steps of the school as their hangout. They took over the steps. Anybody walking by they harass. An 89yearold lady they harassed. Its taken out by outsiders, my elderly neighbor is afraid to come out. Kerry brennan encouraged neighbors to join her on the steps of the school even the man seen harassed on the video joins her and they are determined to take the streets back. Its overwhelmingly pride. Philadelphias kingsessing neighborhood. We have more from penn presbyterian hospital. Matt . Reporter police say the women are lucky, that had they opened their front door, their injuries could have been much worse. This happened a little before 2 00 this morning on the 5400 block of hadfield street. There was a loud bang at the  door. One of the women walked to the peephole to see what was going on, and that is when the gunfire started. A 40yearold woman was shot in the abdomen, her 36yearold friend was shy in the thigh. At least was shot in the thigh. At least ten shots went through the door hitting furniture, walls, and a ceiling. There was a 3yearold inside. She was not injured. Both of the women are in stable condition. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The only description of the shooter is its a man with a mask. They asked the child to come to the car. She saw him and he was taking his zipper down. She fled. The suspect is a hispanic man in his 30s, black hair and facial hair. The incidents started tuesday, wednesday and thursday and three reported incidents within a 45 minute span this morning. In some cases girls were offered money in exchange for taking their picture. Students say they saw a man taking pictures thursday. In another case the man offered cash for them to get in the back of their car. Police have released a Surveillance Video of a black car they believe is involved. If you feel apprehensive, run away.
