If you notice, theyll sometimes go to black and what they are doing, this is realtime live video from major intersections throughout the district. For example, we have florida avenue, bening road, pennsylvania avenue, first street and potomac avenue southeast. Around 8 00, that is when the snow table will send out the trucks to pretreat the roads with salt brine and then 200 trucks will be deployed. If youre out and about, stay away.
