Nathan Millard, 42, of Georgia, who has been missing since February 23 from a Courtyard Marriot, was found dead on March 6 in a vacant lot in the 2900 block of Scenic Highway, Baton Rouge.
A tornado watch has been issued for Hamilton County and several others in the Chattanooga area until 5 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
