of murder. reporter: after more than three decades, investigators believe they finally got their man in four northern california killings that until now had gone cold. investigators believe that 77-year-old joseph naso killed two uba county women in the 1990s, carmen colon, whose body was found in 1988, and roxene roggasch, who was found in a dumpster in 1977. he was arrested in reno, nevada, april 10, 2010. police officers arrested naso on a probation violation. but when they investigated his home, they found a whole lot more. during that arrest, investigators found items by mr. naso that implicated him in multiple murders of young women. reporter: that evidence included photographs and writings by naso that investigators say connected him to the women. it took them a year to piece it all together, but they re finally ready to throw the book at him. the allegation of that special circumstance makes naso eligible for the death penalty under california law. repor
