The spring solstice is always a magical time of the year and it has provided the inspiration for Maria-Christina McPadden’s latest work for the Irish knitwear company IrelandsEye. Maria-Christina is head of design at the family-owned business located in Baldoyle, close to the sea and to the North Dublin island from which it gets its name.
