And one of the biggest assets working in the citys favor right now is all the land down working in the citys favor right now is all the land down here. There are 86 acres available for development. And the city wants to see much more than parking lots. So if the city has will stay put and build their new stadium near the same place as the current one. It would take up about 15 acres of land, leaving about 70 acres for redevelopment.
