Two arrested after police break up large party at Sandy Springs home By FOX 5 Atlanta Digital Team Published  (Sandy Springs Police Department) ATLANTA - Several hundred people were told to leave a Sandy Springs home late Saturday evening after a report of an outdoor concert. Timothy Gregg Osby, 54, and his ex-wife, Samantha Osby, were arrested and charged with operating a special event without a permit. Mr. Osby was also charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age and disorderly conduct for possession of marijuana. Sandy Springs police said they responded to a home along Heards Ferry Road near Weatherly Drive around 10 p.m. Saturday after several complaints of a possible concert being held in the backyard.
