It looked like somebody i never saw in this area and he was running like fast. Did he have anything in his hands . Um, no. I didnt see anything in his hands. I was ducking. Were waiting to hear from police. We expect to hear from at this hour we though one man was shot in the groining. That was a suspect trying to burglarize a home. The suspect was while inside the home was spotted via live camera. The owner was at work and called police of the theres a second crime scene here. A second victim around the corner from where you heard the gunshot go off. That was on hall avenue. A woman was found lying hospital. We expect to hear from police back here live. Was not the young woman. It was not risello struck in the lower leg. He was frightened at the time. He didnt realize he had been hit. I heard a bunch of i heard people screaming and i heard the shots. I was shot in the lower part of the leg. After i heard the shots, i went home and thats when i noticed that i was shot in the leg. He was hospitiz today to get a look now for the First Time Since the shooting. The other victim, the yuk woman is identified as a 20year old woman, shes listed in stable condition tonight with her wound. Its an active Police Investigation at this hour, but no arrest. That balloon hit a power line and crashed in a field not far from austin early this morning. At least 16 people were onboard the balloon. There were no survivors. Safety board will investigate. Today. Brayton came with his chief oneal. The top uniformed off ers. Brayton is the best face in policing and he has run Police Departments in boston, los angeles and twice now in new york. He took over a department in transition reducing stop and frisk while continuing a dramatic record low crime level in the city. Today, brayton wouldnt say what hes going to time. Im leaving with reluctance. I wish i had more time chronologically to stay around three or 4 years to work on issues. I dont have that type of time.
