Billings has no idea what would motivate the suspect to do all of these things. He is a troubled person but that gives them no excuse to cause mayhem. Reporter the victim told me the suspect had his shirt off and was climbing trees and said he reminded her of tarzan. He pleaded not guilty to all of the charges today. What do we know about this guy . Do we know anything . The behavior is so bizarre. Reporter it is very erratic behavior on multiple levels. This victim believes he is on drugs, based on what he did and how he was acting. There is no official motive listed, whatever was involved in this guy we dont know but he is in custody. Did that woman say anything that may have precipitated this . Did she look at him wrong or did he come out of nowhere . Reporter she told me that there was no interaction and he didnt say anything before the road rage incident. She said he was smoking a cigarette very aggressively and thats how she put it.
