Accused of killing a man in starbucks on sunday, made his First Court Appearance today. Todays hearing was brief, and the judge decided not to set bail for pedro garcia. Police say garcia became angry after his card was declined at the drive thru. He walked into the starbucks, and shot alexandr khutsishvili. Police say the two men did not know each other.
