In a show of good sportsmanship, OJR also recognized the seniors from Boyertown during their pregame introductions. Gavin Sheridan, the Bears’ 133-pound returning state medalist, appreciated the gesture. “I thought that was pretty nice,” he said. The hospitality didn’t soften up the Bears though.
Wrestling Owen J. Roberts senior Dillon Bechtold repeated as 215-pound champion at the Escape the Rock tournament on Sunday at Council Rock South.
