Bosede Adeniyi, a middle-aged woman who abducted her manfriend’s three-month-old daughter has confessed to committing the crime after she was arrested. The Police Public Relations Officer in Ondo State, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro disclosed this while briefing journalists over the arrest of the suspect. Ikoro explained that Bosede, who had been having an affair with the baby’s father, Wasiu Mamukuyomi, had been planning to steal his three-month-old baby due to her childlessness. Recall that Bosede who was also an apprentice at Wasiu’s tailoring shop absconded with his child and wife’s ATM card. While disclosing that the suspect was arrested at her husband’s house in Ondo, the PPRO said she took the baby to her husband under the pretext that she had gone to give birth after months of leaving her home.
