North and west, its going to feel even colder. So by midnight its going to feel like zero in philadelphia. But look at 3 00 a. M. , it will feel like 14 below in philadelphia. 15 below in trenton. Feeling like 23 degrees below zero in the pocono mountains and then by 6 00 a. M. More of the same. Feels like temperatures in the teens below zeros. Not much improve many toward lunch time and those winds still gusting over 20 miles an hour.
