Yonkers police say it started 4 15 when someone called suspects were trying to break in seat. A short time later, a patrol unit spotted the van and determined it was stolen. Police say officers followed the van in attempt to get the suspects to pull over. At some point the van traveling north crossed in though oncoming lane and slammed in to the victims car. Its unknown how fast the van was going or how fast Police Officer were going. Police say they were following the suspects van. Again, this was not a pursuit but an Emergency Response transmission.
