Gusts of more than 40 Miles Per Hour left one man seriously hurt in San Francisco after a fence landed on top of him. This morning, a wind advisory on the san mateo bridge. The 19yearold confessed to the killings after being taken into custody. Authorities describe the mind of the suspect as warped and possibly demented. He shot the chickens across.
