MIDLAND, Texas The mass vaccination hubs in Texas will soon be coming to an end. The picture is changing for us this week, Russell Meyers, Midland Memorial Hospital CEO said.

With the Horseshoe Arena mass vaccination site set to close at the end of the week, Midland Health is planning the next phase of taking the vaccine into the community.
