for weeks if not months whether the vice president will decide to run for president of the united states, and there is a lot of speculation that he would do it within the next few days. so presumably, he is going to let us know whether he is going in or staying out. that s what all of us have been waiting for. there is a lot of speculation over the past several days, that it is as early as next week, and yesterday we were speculating that he might want to make the announcement in or out before hillary clinton testifies before the select committee on benghazi tomorrow. to tai is the day, and the next few minutes we will learn whether or not he decides to stay out of the race for now or to jump into the race. given the fact that he wants to make the statement inside of the rose garden, gives it a certain indication that he is not going to be getting into the race, because he wouldn t want to necessarily do a political statement inside of the white house, but that is all pure speculation
