KOTA KINABALU: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah's Kemabong assemblyman Datuk Rubin Balang says the actions of his son Riduan to contest as an independent and join Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) has nothing to do with him.
Disciplinary action will be taken against Bersatu's Tenom divisional chief Datuk Rubin Balang if he is proven to be the mastermind behind his son, Riduan, joining rival Parti KDM on Friday.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor, who is also GRS chairman, said he will first need to ask for a full report on the incident before taking any action against Rubin, although the latter is seen in a photo with his son in a Parti KDM event
