Remembrance Day was always special to Sheldon Peddle of Corner Brook, because his great-grandfather was a First World War veteran. But this Nov. 11 is different, because it's been only a few months since a car crash took the life of a member of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment who was like a son to Peddle.
