Roxanne Palacios is facing two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing significant bodily injury.
The at-fault driver, identified as 35-year-old Roxanne Palacios, was released from the hospital and transported to the City jail for processing around 4:15 pm on Sunday, November 13.
Palacios was arrested Sunday, Nov. 13, on two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing significant injury.
