Keith hooks describes a quiet, pleasant unassuming young woman now the victim of an apparent homicide. Its hurting me just to know its right next door and to happen to that person who didnt bother a soul. She was in her third floor apartment in the front bedroom laying on the bed. Appears she was severely beaten and possibly strangled. She was pronounced on the scene. Reporter homicide detectives identified the victim as 27 year odd jasmine wright.
