If the assessment by the Pentagons Defense Intelligence Agency is accurate, north korea has crossed a crucial but not the final threshold in developing a Nuclear Weapon that can threaten the american homeland. Shortly after word of the new estimate leaked, President Trump warned kim jong un in the starkest terms possible.
