Ninth Judicial District Attorney, Quentin Ray, announced that 29-year-old Alfonso Villareal, of Portales, pled guilty to multiple felonies including Abuse of a Child and four counts of Battery on a Peace Officer.
Law enforcement agencies have been searching for 31-year-old Vinson Ryan Cooper, a citizen of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes, who was last seen south of Poplar on Monday.
