Amber dietz, the principal at kingsley Elementary School in waterloo was arrested friday on the corner of hillcrest and ridgeway in black hawk county. According to a criminal complaint, the 40 year old dietz had a blood alcohol level of. 159, nearly twice the legal limit. The arresting officer reported dietz smelled of alcohol and admitted to drinking.
