OKLAHOMA CITY, April 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ While others were living in isolation and staving off boredom by binge-watching Tiger King during the quarantine, two life-long friends, Ron Cisneros (Edmond, OK) and Michael Padjen (Greensboro, NC), decided to do something they had never attempted. Since traveling was out of the question, Ron and Mike decided to create their own excitement for mystery and global intrigue by writing a book.

HONK!!! … The Davis Musical Theatre Company’s Young Performers Theater announces auditions for its virtual performance of the musical, “Honk! JR,” at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, and Tuesday, Jan. 19, with selected callbacks at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21. The show will be directed and choreographed by Ron Cisneros, with musical direction by Dave Chan.

“Honk! JR” will play at 7 p.m. Friday, April 9, 7 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 11.
All performances will be presented online and the rehearsals are on Zoom but cast members must come to the theater building in Davis for costume fittings and recording sessions. Onsite visits will follow theater COVID-19 protocol including social distancing and wellness procedures.
