strikes you that can work so far that you heard? i think if you look at social security there have been a half a dozen bipartisan commissions that put out plans. any one of them would probably work. they would raise the retirement age gradually, increase the minimum benefit, which is too low, take away some of the benefits for the more affluent, index it appropriately for inflation. there is a recipe that makes social security much more sustainable over the long-term. and then you turn to the tough stuff, the health programs, medicare, medicaid, affordable care act. there is more disagreement and we ll probably see a much more heated bat. what kind of an economy are you expecting for 2016 now that the most recent budget battle is behind? putting the budget battle behind is addition by subtraction. you don t get government shutdowns and impacts on consumer confidence. that s all good news there is no fundamental change in the trajectory. this muddles around at 2% growth, bounces u

how do you overcome that impasse? continuing resolution is to fun the government through the end of this fiscal year which s september 30th. we are trying to deal with last year s business. the democrats if the house didn t do a budget. they did no appropriations bills and left this mess in our lap. we are tying to figure out how to fun the government for the balance of this to fund the government for this the balance of this year. i don t know how it is going to play out other than we came to cut spending and we are going to cut spending. sean: you did follow through on your promise to roll back obamacare. it failed in the senate now you have to battle over the funding of health care. how defund health care? it is going to happen in several steps. in the continuing resolution we are debating this week. we will have an amendment that will stop all funding from
