A local homeless man spent the night in the Washington Public Library two weeks ago after employees failed to notice him sleeping in a chair at closing time.
After lengthy public comment and discussion, the Washington Public Library Board of Trustees formed a sub-committee to rework the library’s code of conduct policy during its meeting Monday.
