NEENAH - Two more people have been arrested in connection with the April 17 stabbing death of a 22-year-old man in Neenah.
Terran Colwell, 28, was arrested Friday in Minneapolis, Minnesota, while Charles Hoofman, 51, of Neenah, was taken into custody Monday, the Neenah Police Department said in separate statements released Tuesday afternoon.
Police had been searching for Colwell in connection with the death of Rodger Ridgeway, of Neenah. Mandel Roy, 26, already faces one count of felony murder in the case.
Colwell was arrested after the U.S. Marshals Service attempted to stop her in a vehicle. She led police on a high-speed chase, but officers stopped the chase due to safety concerns.

OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â A charge of felony murder was filed Tuesday against Mandel Roy in connection with the death of Rodger Ridgeway.
Police are also searching for a second suspect, Terran Colwell â who has not been charged yet â as well as witnesses to the murder.
Ridgeway, 22, was found dead on a Neenah street April 17. When police arrived, nearby they found a cellphone with a pocket containing Royâs debit card, as well as a wooden club.
On surveillance video âit appears a physical disturbance takes place between (Ridgeway) and the group of individuals. Audio from the recording includes a lot of yelling and multiple loud smacks. At about 11:12 PM, what sounds like a female voice yells something along the lines of âletâs go!â and âf him!â and then two subjects take off running,â the criminal complaint states.

OSHKOSH - The man arrested in connection with the April 17 stabbing death of a 22-year-old man in Neenah was charged Tuesday with felony murder.
Mandel Roy, 26, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, faces one count of felony murder, according to court records. Roy appeared in court for the first time Tuesday and Winnebago County Court Commissioner Bryan Keberlein set a $250,000 cash bond in his case.
Wisconsin s felony murder law allows prosecutors to charge someone if they cause another person s death while committing another felony, in this case battery, regardless of their intent.
Police are still searching for another suspect, 28-year-old Terran Colwell, in the death of Rodger Ridgeway, of Neenah. A Neenah police officer found Ridgeway s body in the 200 block of Martens Street.

NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â Last weekend Neenah resident Rodger Ridgeway, 22, was found dead in downtown Neenah.
Police say he was found around midnight Sunday in the 200 block of Martens Street. Officers had been called to the area to investigate a trespassing report and discovered Ridgeway when a citizen reported seeing someone who appeared to be passed out in some grass.
Chief Aaron Olson announced Wednesday that Mandel Roy, 26, of Minneapolis, was arrested on a requested charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Police are also looking for a second suspect, 28-year-old Terran Colwell of Minnesota.
Neenah Police say members of the Hellâs Lovers Motorcycle Club witnessed the deadly stabbing of Rodger Ridgeway.
