A SHETLAND fish processing and sales company has been fined £80,000 for serious health and safety failings which led to the death of a 61-year old employee who was run over by a forklift in 2018. At Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday, the Scalloway-based QA Fish Ltd accepted.
