CONYERS — Bonds needed to fund a long-awaited project to build a new judicial and administrative courthouse complex in Rockdale County have been validated in Rockdale County Superior Court.
The Rockdale County Public Facilities Authority has approved a resolution calling for the issuance of $110 million in revenue bonds for construction of the county’s proposed judicial and administrative complex.
