âThereâs nothing like this in WNY,â said Rocco Termini, Owner and President of Signature Development.
Theyâve got a full restaurant bistro that seats 150, two bars, tons of seating and of course, the pool right in the middle.

BUFFALO, N.Y. This weekend Buffalo s first and only pool club will open to the public. The Tappo Day Club is already making waves in the Black Rock neighborhood because it s the first of its kind for the Queen City.
Developer Rocco Termini has been adding restaurants, retail, and other attractions to the Chandler Street neighborhood and is now adding a pool club to that list.
This weekend the Tappo Day Club will be celebrating its grand opening. It will be $25 to rent a chair for the day where servers will bring food and drinks right to you. There s also a bar and rooftop restaurant open for both reservations and walk-ins.

As far as neighbors go, it doesnât get much better than the residents of 27 and 37 Chandler Street in Black Rock.

BUFFALO, N.Y. With this recent run of nice weather and all sorts of outdoor activities kicking into high gear, some people might also want to go for a refreshing swim.
To help out with that, in just a few weeks Buffalo will become home to the area s first pool club. For developer Rocco Termini, Chandler Street in Buffalo s Black Rock neighborhood has been a vision.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â A new pool club is set to open, on Chandler Street in Buffalo, in mid-May.
The Tappo Day Club will have a pool, lounge area, a restaurant and bungalows. There will also be a stage for live music.
A rooftop area has been set up for the restaurant.
Day pass admission tickets will be available.
Last year, developer Rocco Termini told 7 Eyewitness News, We will have a restaurant, we will have seating for 300 people. It will be an Olympic sized pool.
