Using language reminiscent of wartime generals operating under a “take no prisoners alive” order, Joe Biden’s deputies at the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) stated earlier this year that they “will forge a path to the eradication” of sexual orientation/gender identity (SOGI) “discrimination” at any public or private or religious college.
This menacing message was sent to the College of the Ozarks in Missouri, but it applies to all public, private, and Christian colleges.
HUD’s “eradication” term bluntly describes President Biden’s draconian intentions spelled out in other HUD documents that the 115-year-old College would be subject to dictates which seek to eliminate the moral standards and teachings of Jesus Christ from the College. Up until now, Planned Parenthood has failed to own the impact of our founder’s actions. We have defended Sanger as a protector of bodily autonomy and self-determination, while excusing her association with white supremacist groups and eugenics as an unfortunate “product of her time.”

In July 2020, citing the Covid-19 emergency, a federal District Court judge unilaterally suspended the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirement that women seeking chemical abortions were required to appear in person at a hospital, clinic, or medical establishment to personally pick up the lethal drugs and sign a disclosure form.
The Trump Administration challenged that federal District Court and on January 12, 2021, the U. S. Supreme Court overruled the federal District Court stating that federal courts, “owe significant deference to the politically accountable entities with the background, competence, and expertise to assess public health.” The effect of the ruling resulting from the Trump Administration’s challenge was that abortion pills could not be mailed but had to be given in person.

President Joe Biden and Speaker Nancy Pelosi want doctors and health care establishments to perform abortions and sex change operations, provide puberty blockers for minors, and assist at suicides even if private conscience and religious rights are violated. Presently, federal and state conscience laws protect doctors, nurses and health care establishments from having to comply with these immoral practices.
The Equality Act, HR 5, supported by Biden and Pelosi, will strip traditional protections from health care personnel and institutions resulting in legal action and loss of medical licenses.
