The City of Winnipeg has launched a lawsuit against Sheegl, Caspian Construction, and several other parties, alleging a conspiracy to commit fraud. The allegations have not been proven in court. On Tuesday, Sheegl s lawyer Robert Tapper told Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench Chief Justice Glenn Joyal information related to the case keeps coming in drips and drabs and likened it to a leaky faucet dropping drops.
