Police have identified a South Hampton man who died after his car went off Hilldale Road and plunged into the icy waters of the Powwow River last week.
A South Hampton resident died Thursday after they crashed into a guardrail and went over a bridge, before plunging into the swiftly-moving Powwow River, police said.
