My book is an intimate portrait of Israeli Society in israelpalestine, the single state under one discriminatory regime area and at the culmination of a transitional phase that began after the crushing of the second intifada with the rise of what israeli planners called hebrew for separation and bears eerie resonances of the term apartheid which means separateness. This is manifested in the separation wall which cuts deep into the west bank which was built in the words of netanyahu to prevent spillover.
