When it came out, it came out in may of 1953, and it took about a month for it to catch on. But once it did, it really just caught fire. Its roughly 7580 publications in the englishspeaking world, major ones. Everything from the chicago trib and the New York Herald tribune, New York Times, london times, times literary supplement. Im an analyst here and also editor of Human Progress, which is an educational website that tries to put together as many statistics about human world being as possible in order to present to our users and the general public a more real action of the world than the headlines would suggest. Speaking about headlines, it is perhaps an understatement to say that we live in an era of great pessimism. This pessimism is not distributed easily evenly across the world. But, it is felt very acutely in many western democracies including ours, here in the us. Some three quarters of americans believe that the us is going in the wrong direction. Lot of things. Host when you look at it they how much time do you focus on the fcc, how much time do you focus on congress and other agencies . Good question. Depends on what is going on. Sometimes we spend a lot of time on issues of state, there is a lot going on at the fcc, congress when it is in session. Depends what the issues are. Host what are the major issues facing verizon . Guest spectrum is a big issue for us. We are very focused on strategy. As a company we committed to be the first us company to rule out 5g, a new iteration of wireless technology, we are poised to a wave of innovation of 5g. We have a commercial pilot, commercial product. In order to do that we are able to roll it out. That is something we spend a lot of time on at the fcc and chairman wheeler announced the fcc will vote on an order in july and open up us and the rest of the industry to rollout 5g very quickly. Host can you give us a status report . Guest the incentive . That i cannot i cant because there a
